Imbolc celebrations and Asphodel shone for us, as we studied this perfect plant for our Plant Study at Ceratonia. We learnt about the plants ability to help us find our direction and personal Will. Through strength and clarity this plant helps us get to the point.
Asphodelus ramous, Abrotea in Portuguese and of the Lily family.
We made a flower essence to enable us to share this medicine. The ancients boiled the root, clearing the acrid taste and leaving a nutrious food and medicine to clear obstructions and ease spasms.
