Last weekend at Ceratonia, we were making herbal honey with Roses and Calendula - both giving strength to the immune system ❤️ Making apple cider vinegar tinctures with Sage, thyme, rosemary and oregano freshly harvested from the garden. After some weeks these will be strained and the medicine will be for many things including a great gargle to nip infections in the bud. We also worked with hydrosols and essential oils and made space clearing sprays to help create the right environment for a healthy immune system 🌹
